Terms & Conditions for Initial Consultation and Private Sessions with Lucille Aaron-Wayne

HOW THIS WORKS & WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

By completing your purchase, you indicate you understand and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

By booking, you’re agreeing to check for my emails, including in spam, and to email me directly at lucille@seekdeeply.com if you haven’t received my invitation to schedule your session.

Getting Started Within 24 hours of your purchase (often sooner), I’ll personally send you an email with the subject line “Scheduling your IFS session with Lucille” from my account at lucille@seekdeeply.com. Email filters can be over-enthusiastic, so please check your spam folder – I’d hate for us to miss connecting. Haven’t heard from me?  Email me at lucille@seekdeeply.com and we’ll sort your scheduling right away.

Flexible Scheduling You have a full 30 days from date of purchase to book your consultation. This is plenty of time to find a slot that accommodates both our schedules. After 30 days, sessions expire and there are no refunds. That’s one reason I love to support you in meeting as soon as possible.

Your Investment Once purchased, the initial consultation fee of €250 is non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to changing your mind, scheduling or emailing issues or delays. I’ve found that clients who invest fully (knowing this purchase is non-refundable) show up ready and get better results. Plus, with 30 days from date of purchase to find a time that works, we’ve got plenty of flexibility. You can reschedule a planned appointment at no charge within those 30 days as long as you provide me with 24 hours’ notice of your need to change. If you miss our scheduled appointment or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit the full initial consultation fee.

For Initial Consultation Only: Overview of IFS Video Once you book, you’ll be directed to a success page that includes a link to a private video I created introducing the IFS therapy system. You might like to learn more about IFS by watching this video before we meet. It’s completely optional!

I’m honored to help you go inwards and meet your parts. This is where transformation begins!
